Ingredients

• 1 Can Bonny Evaporated Milk 170g 
• 40 ml Caramel Sauce 
• 4 teaspoons Instant Coffee 
• 240 ml hot water 
• Whipped Cream for topping 

Preparation

1. Microwave evaporated milk and caramel sauce in small, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on high power for 2 minutes. Carefully pour mixture into blender; cover. Blend on high for 1 minute or until very frothy on top.
2. Place 2 teaspoons coffee granules into each coffee mug. Add 120 ml hot water to each mug; stir. Gently pour milk mixture into each mug, spooning foam on top. Thinly drizzle foam with caramel sauce, if desired.
