Wash and cut the courgettes and the carrots. Cut the onion and mince the garlic. Then cut the turkey breast into bite-sized cubes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the cubes of meat in it. Sprinkle with curry, salt and pepper. Then add the garlic, onion and vegetables to the meat and stir-fry. Add in the chicken broth; let simmer 15 minutes, covered.
In the meantime, stir the starch into the Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk, pour it into the frying pan and bring to a boil.
Finally, add soya sauce and spices to taste. Serve with long grain rice.
