Karak Tea

Ingredients
- 500ml water
- 1/2 cinnamon stick
- 10 cardamom capsules
- 1-2 cloves
- 2 tablespoons black tea
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 can Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk (170g)
Preparation
Mix the water, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves and bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Add tea and sugar and simmer for another 8-10 minutes.
Refine with Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk and simmer for 5 more minutes. If you like it creamier and sweeter, use Bonny Sweetened Condensed Milk instead of Full Cream Evaporated Milk.
Filter the tea before serving.
