A rich breakfast is the perfect way to start the day right: Add a dash Bonny Evaporated Milk for each egg to make them deliciously creamy.
Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parsley, chives or spring onions, to taste
Preparation
Scramble the eggs, add Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk and 1 tablespoon melted butter.
Heat the remaining butter in a pan until it has melted. Then add the scrambled eggs and remove the pan from the stove so that the eggs are fried by the residual heat.
Finally, add salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

In case you need more servings, just keep in mind the rule of thumb: 1 tablespoon of evaporated milk per egg makes for a perfectly fluffy consistency.
