This creamy mustard sauce is easy to make and dresses up every fish dish. Serve it alongside your favourite white fish.
Fish in Creamy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- Lemon juice
- 2 white fish fillets
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 large onion
- 1 Can Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk (170g)
- 50ml vegetable broth
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 bay leaf
- Salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of parsley
Preparation
First sprinkle lemon juice onto the fish and leave to marinate for 15 minutes. Heat 1 teaspoon butter in a saucepan and brown the onions.
Next add in Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk and the vegetable broth. Then add in pepper, garlic, mustard and bay leaf.
Then braise the fish in a frying pan with the remaining butter, adding in salt and pepper. Serve with fresh parsley.
