Melt the ghee in a large saucepan. Add the semolina and stir for 6 to 8 minutes until it slightly changes colour. Then add the milk, sugar and Bonny Cream. Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
Mix in the rose water and remove from heat. Prepare 8 cups of similar size and pour in the mixture.
Leave to cool, then put into the fridge. Best served directly from refrigerator.
