Mix the crumbled shortbread cookies, cocoa powder and butter and press into the bottom of a baking pan.
In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy, then add Bonny Sweetened Condensed Milk and continue beating. Fold in the grated chocolate. Add the beaten eggs and vanilla sugar and mix thoroughly. Add the mixture to the shortbread mixture in the baking pan.
Bake in the pre-heated oven for about 30-35 minutes, and then allow to cool. Beat the Bonny Cream and sugar until foamy. Spread it evenly over the cooled cake and sprinkle with toasted almonds.
Skinned almonds should always be used for roasting. If you do not have any at home, there is an easy way to skin almonds. Cook the almonds in water for around ten minutes. Then the skins of the almonds can be removed very easily with your fingers.
