This cake combines three different dairy products, so if you love milk this is the perfect cake for you.
Tres Leches Cake

Ingredients
- 300g flour
- 265g sugar
- 125g butter
- 500ml whipping cream
- 250ml Bonny Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 250ml Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 250ml Bonny Long Life Full Cream Milk
- 3 tablespoons vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 6 eggs
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 175°C and grease baking dish.
Mix butter, 250g sugar, salt and half of the vanilla sugar until foamy. Keep 15g sugar for the topping.
Stir in the eggs gradually. Add flour and baking powder and mix it.
Place dough in baking dish. Dough should be around 2–3 cm high.
Bake for 30 minutes and after that leave to cool down.
Whisk together Bonny Sweetened Condensed Milk, Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk and Bonny Long Life Full Cream Milk.
Keep the cake inside the baking dish and pour the mixture over it until it is saturated. Cover with foil and keep cool for 3 hours. Do not be surprised – the cake will become quite soggy.
For the topping mix whipping cream, the remaining sugar and vanilla sugar and whisk until stiff.
Remove cake from baking dish. Spread mixture on the cake and keep it cool until you are ready to eat it.
If you like it fruity, cut your favourite fruits into pieces and place them on the topping.
