A real classic that not only children will enjoy. Delicious served warm or cold.
Rice Pudding

Ingredients
- 250g short-grained rice
- 1L Bonny Long Life Full Cream Milk
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- Cinnamon to taste
Preparation
Melt the butter in a large saucepan and sauté the rice in the butter.
Add Bonny Long Life Full Cream Milk, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Bring to a boil while whisking carefully. Take care that nothing sticks on the bottom of the saucepan.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30–45 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with cinnamon.
