Overnight Oats with berries and nuts are the best combination for an energising start to your day. Save time in the morning by preparing this tasty trio the night before.
Raspberry Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 60g oats
- 2 tablespoons fresh or dried fruits and nuts
- 150ml boiling water
- 1 tablespoon raspberry jam
- 3 tablespoons Bonny Low Fat Evaporated Milk
Preparation
Layer oats and fruit and nuts mix in a small empty mason jar (250ml).
Add water, stir and cover with lid. Let sit 5 minutes.
Stir in raspberry jam and Bonny Low Fat Evaporated Milk.
Close the jar and place it in the fridge overnight.
