Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 200ml Bonny Long Life Full Cream Milk
- 6 tablespoons oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
Peel banana and cut it together with the apple into rough pieces.
Place all ingredients in blender and mix well until smooth.
