Mashed potatoes are a perfect side dish for meat and vegetables.
Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 250ml Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 60g butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Chopped chives
Preparation
Peel potatoes and cut them into 2–3 cm pieces.
Place potatoes in saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook at medium heat for 15–20 minutes.
Drain potatoes and return to saucepan. Add Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk and butter.
Mix with handheld mixer until smooth and season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with chives.

If you like cheese, you can add 30–50g grated parmesan cheese while mixing.
