Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
- 350g fettuccine
- 50g freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 340ml Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped basil
Preparation
Cook fettuccine according to the package directions.
Mix Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk, flour, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Heat oil in saucepan and cook garlic for 1 minute at medium heat. Add the evaporated milk mixture and increase the heat. Cook and stir until it starts boiling and gets thicker.
Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese until it is melted.
Drain fettuccine, add to sauce and stir until combined. Garnish with basil.
