This soup is a good appetizer for a chicken main course.
Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
- 450g frozen chopped broccoli
- 180g water
- 430ml chicken broth
- 340ml Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 30g flour
- 60g butter
- 1 chopped onion
Preparation
Place broccoli in saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover saucepan and cook until tender (5–7 minutes).
Mix the chicken broth and half the broccoli in blender until smooth.
Melt butter in saucepan and add onion. Cook until tender and stir in Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk and flour. Cook and stir constantly, until mixture begins to boil.
Add broccoli mixture and remaining chopped broccoli and heat it.
