It does not matter if you make them just for your family or for friends, these blueberry muffins are always a hit.
Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 100g blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 160g flour
- 130g polenta
- 150g granulated sugar
- 75g butter
- 250ml Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ tablespoon salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C and place muffin liners in the muffin pan.
Mix flour, polenta, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Add Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk, granulated sugar, melted butter and egg. Stir until combined.
Add blueberries and stir lightly until combined.
Spoon dough into prepared muffin pan and bake for 15-20 minutes.
