80ml cup water
1 can Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk
2-3 crushed cardamom pods
2 teaspoons instant coffee
3 teaspoons sugar
Preparation
Combine the water and Bonny Full Cream Evaporated Milk in a heavy-bottomed pot on medium heat. Add the crushed cardamom pods to the milk mixture.
As the mixture starts to heat up, add the instant coffee and sugar. Stir the mixture to prevent the milk from burning or sticking to the pot.
Once the cardamom milk coffee comes to a light boil, turn off the heat and pour into 2 cups from a distance of 8-10 inches from the top of the cup to obtain a foamy surface.
