Ingredients
- 1 package frozen puff pastry
- 400 ml Bonny Condensed Milk
- 500 ml Bonny Evaporated Milk
- 450 ml cream
- 1 cup dessicated coconut
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup pistachios
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/4 cup cashews
Preparation
- Place the puff pastry in the dish.
- Mix evaporated milk and condensed milk together and pour half of it on the puff pastry. Add a layer of cream on it.
- Add all dry fruits.
- Repeat same process for 2nd layering.
- Put the dish into microwave for 15 -20 min.
- Serve hot.
