Cherry Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
  • 1 cream cheese, softened 
  • 395g Bonny Sweetened Condensed Milk 
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 (20 or 22 cm) pre-prepared Graham Cracker or baked pie crust 
  • 600g cherry pie filling, chilled
Preparation
  1. Beat cream cheese until fluffy in a large bowl.
  2. Gradually beat in Bonny Sweetened Condensed Milk until smooth.
  3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
  4. Pour into crust; chill for 4 hours or until set.
  5. Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
