Ingredients
- 1 cream cheese, softened
- 395g Bonny Sweetened Condensed Milk
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (20 or 22 cm) pre-prepared Graham Cracker or baked pie crust
- 600g cherry pie filling, chilled
Preparation
- Beat cream cheese until fluffy in a large bowl.
- Gradually beat in Bonny Sweetened Condensed Milk until smooth.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Pour into crust; chill for 4 hours or until set.
- Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
